Association refers to a civil society that establish voluntarily, mobilize regularly, non-profit, based on mutual support, protect the rights of the Association, members of the Association or community and contribute to the economic and social development of the country.
Scope of the mobilization of association
1. Scope of the mobilization of association at national level.
2. Scope of the mobilization of association at provincial or capital level.
3. Scope of the mobilization of association at district or city level.
Criteria and Sectors that give permission
1. Association on economic matters (Ministry of Industry and Trade).
2. Association on vocational, technical and innovation matters (Ministries, Government Sectors or Associations equivalent to respective Ministries).
3. Association on social charity and social development that its work involves in up to two sectors (Ministry of Home Affairs).
